Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CountPadi regarding your access to and use of our inventory management platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to administrators, staff members, and any other individuals who access or use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing and using CountPadi, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
  • Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Do not use automated systems to access the platform without permission
  • Respect intellectual property rights of CountPadi and other users

Service Availability

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties

Limitation of Liability

  • CountPadi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or system failures
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data

Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination

Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CountPadi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
